The verified InfyMe web address and Infy Me app, how login and password reset work, the new-joiner app, and why candidates cannot use InfyMe.

InfyMe, InfyMeWeb, "Infy Me": people type it different ways while searching for the same thing, Infosys's own employee app for leave, approvals, timesheets and other everyday requests. This guide sticks to what PapersAdda could check directly on 28 September 2026: the real addresses, what the login screens show, and what Infosys's own app listings say.
What InfyMe Actually Is
The Infy Me app's Google Play listing describes it as part of an "Employee Experience" program started with the goal to make all the key transactions available to you on-the-go, and sums it up as an "App for Infosys employees with all the key transactions available on-the-go." It is a day-to-day self-service tool, not a recruitment or training system. The same listing says the app requires sign-in with valid Infosys domain credentials and second factor authentication: if you do not have Infosys credentials yet, InfyMe is not for you yet.
Verifying the Address and the App
| What PapersAdda checked (28 September 2026) | What it found |
|---|---|
| Web address infyme.infosys.com | Loads a login page asking for your registered email ID and password, with a Forgot Password link. Its security certificate is issued to Infosys Limited. |
| "Infy Me" app on Google Play (package com.infosys.it.infosysitapp) | Published by the developer account Infosys IT Mobile Apps. The listing's "About the developer" box names INFOSYS LIMITED with an Electronics City, Bengaluru address, and its support email is [email protected]. |
Both checks point the same way: a real Infosys web address and a real Infosys app, not a lookalike. Type infyme.infosys.com yourself instead of clicking a search result, and on Google Play confirm the developer name reads Infosys IT Mobile Apps before installing.
Keeping Your InfyMe Account Safe
- PapersAdda is independent of Infosys and not affiliated with InfyMe.
- Confirm the address bar reads exactly infyme.infosys.com before typing your Infosys email and password.
- On Google Play, install only apps whose developer name reads Infosys IT Mobile Apps. The same account also publishes Infosys Launchpad, Infosys Lex and InfyTQ, so the developer name, not the app name, is the check.
- Never share your password, one-time code or second-factor approval with anyone, including someone claiming to be IT support. Use the official Forgot Password page, and report app problems to [email protected], the address the listing itself asks users to write to.
Logging In: Web and App
On the web, infyme.infosys.com shows a plain sign-in form: a field for your registered email ID, a password field and a Forgot Password link, nothing else. The reset page shows exactly one option: enter your registered email ID or username to start a reset, with a link back to the login screen.
For the app, the Play listing describes sign-in with valid Infosys domain credentials plus a second authentication factor, and says you can create or change your phone or PIN from "webapps->MFA portal", an internal Infosys page, if you need to set up or update that second factor.
What New Joiners Need
The Infy Me listing's requirement, valid Infosys domain credentials, means InfyMe will not accept a login until Infosys has given you those credentials. Before that point, the same developer account, Infosys IT Mobile Apps, publishes a separate app for new joiners: Infosys Launchpad. Its listing describes it as "a one-stop self-help app that guides new joiners from the pre-joining stage to after they onboard," with details on essential onboarding formalities and help with documentation. The Launchpad listing showed its last update as 31 Jul 2025 when PapersAdda checked. Your joining communication from Infosys remains the authority on which app or link to use for your own batch.
What the App Covers, Per Infosys's Own Listing
None of this is visible without logging in, so this section repeats Infosys's own Play listing rather than PapersAdda's view of the app. The listing groups its features into:
| Area | What the listing names |
|---|---|
| Infy Global | Company updates, leaders' blogs and individual communication |
| Services | Leave, holiday calendar, timesheets, work from home, late stay, night stay, accommodation, local taxi, the Infosys Directory, average working hours, Laptop gate pass, My ID card and Global helpdesk, among others |
| Notifications | Approvals on the go, for example leave, travel, late stay and work from home |
| Profile | A dashboard showing average working hours, leave balance and WFH balance with profile details |
| Transaction search | Type a keyword on the home page to find a transaction instead of navigating the menu |
Common Login Problems
| Problem | What the public sources say |
|---|---|
| Forgotten password | The Forgot Password link on infyme.infosys.com; enter your registered email ID or username to start a reset |
| Setting up or changing your second-factor phone or PIN | The listing points to "webapps->MFA portal" |
| An authentication error after changing phones | One Play Store review, dated 27 February 2026, quotes the app's error message, which asks you to log out of and back in to Microsoft's Company Portal app and retry InfyMe. That reviewer says following it never resolved the issue, and that reinstalling InfyMe only worked for a few days at a time. This is one user's report, not an Infosys fix. |
| Anything the above does not fix | [email protected], the support email on the app's Google Play page, or the Global helpdesk option the listing names inside the app |
InfyMe Is Not Your Candidate Portal
InfyMe needs existing Infosys credentials, so it is not where a candidate applies, tracks a drive or prepares for a test. PapersAdda's guide to applying at Infosys covers the candidate side. One caution about older guides: many still send candidates to InfyTQ, but the InfyTQ website (infytq.com) did not open any page when PapersAdda checked on 28 September 2026, even though an InfyTQ app is still listed on Google Play. InfyMe is also not Lex, which PapersAdda's Lex guide describes as Infosys's internal learning platform; the "Infosys Lex" app sits under the same Infosys IT Mobile Apps developer account.
WHAT PAPERSADDA THINKS
InfyMe is easy to verify, which is good news: one web address with an Infosys Limited certificate, and one app under a developer account whose "About the developer" box names Infosys Limited. The weak spot is the phone switch. The one detailed recent review PapersAdda found describes a Company Portal authentication error that the app's own suggested fix did not clear, so if you are changing phones, expect to need IT support rather than a quick self-fix, and set up your second factor early instead of on the day you need it. Bookmark infyme.infosys.com, check the developer name before installing anything, and if you have an offer but no Infosys credentials yet, the Launchpad app and your joining communication are where to look, not InfyMe.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the official InfyMe login address?
infyme.infosys.com for the web version. As checked on 28 September 2026, its security certificate is issued to Infosys Limited. The mobile app is "Infy Me" on Google Play, published by the developer account Infosys IT Mobile Apps, whose "About the developer" box names Infosys Limited.
Is PapersAdda affiliated with Infosys or InfyMe?
No. PapersAdda is an independent placement and career guide site, not affiliated with Infosys. This article describes only what the public InfyMe login pages and Google Play listings show, nothing behind the login.
I forgot my InfyMe password, what do I do?
Go to infyme.infosys.com and use the Forgot Password link. The reset page asks only for your registered email ID or username; there is no other option on that page.
Can a candidate log into InfyMe before joining Infosys?
No. The Infy Me listing says the app requires valid Infosys domain credentials and second factor authentication, which candidates do not have. For the joining stage, Infosys's developer account publishes a separate new-joiner app, Infosys Launchpad, and your joining communication says which app or link your batch should use.
Why does InfyMe show an authentication error after I change phones?
One Play Store review dated 27 February 2026 describes this: the app's error message asks you to log out of and back in to Microsoft's Company Portal app and retry. The reviewer says that never resolved it and that reinstalling InfyMe only worked for a few days, so treat it as one user's report and contact [email protected] or IT support if it happens to you.
How do I set up or change my InfyMe second authentication factor?
The Infy Me Google Play listing says you can create or change your phone or PIN from "webapps->MFA portal", an internal Infosys page you reach with your Infosys credentials.
Is InfyMe the same as Infosys Lex or InfyTQ?
No. PapersAdda's Lex guide describes Lex as Infosys's internal learning platform, and InfyMe is the everyday self-service app for existing employees. InfyTQ was a candidate platform, and its website (infytq.com) did not open when PapersAdda checked on 28 September 2026.
