What Infosys Springboard Actually Is
Infosys's current description of the programme states: "In alignment with the Infosys ESG Vision 2030 to enable digital skills at scale, Infosys Springboard has been identified as a flagship digital learning platform to empower people, communities, and society with skills to be successful in the 21st Century." It adds that Springboard is "Powered by Infosys Wingspan, our integrated digital learning and collaboration platform," which is also why its web address uses the word "wingspan."
Infosys announced on 2 September 2021 that it had launched Springboard "to accelerate progress on its ESG goal to expand digital reskilling initiatives to 10 million plus people by 2025." That target year has passed, and Infosys's current page, which still repeats the 2025 goal, does not say whether it was met.
For India specifically, Infosys's own page says Springboard "brings digital and life skills for students from class 6 to lifelong learners in India," delivered "free through Infosys CSR commitment," with courses "developed in collaboration with world-leading digital educators like Coursera and Harvard Business Publishing" and "fully aligned with India's National Education Policy 2020." Infosys also runs separate Springboard versions for the USA (led by Infosys Foundation USA, for audiences from K-12 teachers and students to post-secondary learners and professionals), Europe (a digital-inclusion platform for youths, SMEs, and the unemployed), and Australia and New Zealand (aimed at under-represented communities).
The Working Address, Checked 28 September 2026
PapersAdda checked every address below directly, by DNS lookup and by loading the page, on 28 September 2026:
- Infosys's own explanation of the programme is at infosys.com/about/springboard.html.
- The India sign-up and course platform, the address that page links its India section to, is infyspringboard.onwingspan.com/en/login. It loaded a working "Login | Infosys Springboard" page, and its security certificate is issued for that exact name.
- The bare onwingspan.com has no web address behind it, and www.onwingspan.com does not exist in DNS, so neither loads anything. Type or click through to the full India address instead of guessing a shorter one.
- The Australia and New Zealand link on Infosys's page, infosysspringboard.ausnz.onwingspan.com, redirected to the same India platform when PapersAdda opened it.
If an address you have been sent differs from these, even by one letter, treat it as suspicious rather than as an alternate official mirror.
Signing Up
Infosys's own materials describe Springboard as free, and the India login page itself describes the programme as imparting digital and life skills "free of cost." PapersAdda found no fee, paywall, or payment request on its public pages or its login screen. The India platform's page opens with a "GET STARTED" prompt and lists its learning areas as "Core Skills, Digital Skills, Life Skills, Behavioral Skills, Life Long Learning, Continuous Education." If you run into an access problem, the platform lists a dedicated contact: [email protected].
What You Can Learn, and the Certificate
On its own platform, Infosys describes the India curriculum around a few pillars: "Daily coding classes" covering "Java, Python, C#, JavaScript and more," a "Spoken English" track for written and spoken communication, and "Technology Training" aimed at college students and faculty on newer technologies. Infosys's about page adds that the programme includes "Masterclasses, programming challenges, practice areas, and playgrounds for experimentation," and that assessments are "new-age ready with certification for learners who pass the virtual proctored examination."
On scale, Infosys's current page states "Nearly 400,000 learners and 300+ education institutions, NGOs, and support groups are already onboard Infosys Springboard." PapersAdda noticed this is the identical figure Infosys used in its September 2021 launch announcement, so treat it as a historical figure rather than a live, current count; Infosys's public page does not appear to have republished an updated number since launch.
Does Springboard Help You Get Hired at Infosys?
Infosys's own Springboard pages, its 2021 launch announcement and its current about page, describe it as a CSR and digital-literacy initiative for students, women, working professionals, teachers, and NGOs. The launch announcement talks about preparing students for "emerging jobs and career opportunities" in general, but neither page mentions recruitment into Infosys.
PapersAdda also found no Infosys-owned page that links Springboard, or any internship run on it, to Infosys hiring. Treat any promise of a fast track to an Infosys job through Springboard as unconfirmed until Infosys states it on its own site, and never pay anyone for early access to anything on the platform.
Springboard vs InfyTQ vs HackWithInfy vs Lex
These four names get mixed up constantly, so here is what each one is, checked on 28 September 2026:
| Platform | Who it is for | Status checked 28 September 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Springboard | The public: students from class 6 through lifelong learners | Working. Both infosys.com/about/springboard.html and the India login at infyspringboard.onwingspan.com loaded correctly |
| InfyTQ | Engineering students; Infosys launched it as an online learning app for "future engineers" | Not working. infytq.onwingspan.com returned a "504 Gateway Time-out" error, infytq.infosys.com does not exist in DNS, and Infosys's careers page (infosys.com/careers.html) no longer names InfyTQ |
| HackWithInfy | Engineering students graduating in 2027, for the 2026 edition | Running, on infosys.com/careers/hackwithinfy.html. The old hackwithinfy.com address does not exist in DNS |
| Lex | Infosys's own employees | Internal. Infosys's investor pages present the "Infosys Lex Platform" under the heading "Re-skilling our People" |
If an older guide tells you to register on InfyTQ, that advice is out of date: the portal did not load on 28 September 2026. HackWithInfy is the opposite case. Its old domain is gone, but the contest runs from Infosys's careers site, which lists the 2026 qualifiers in March and April 2026 and the Grand Finale in November 2026, so check that page for whether registration is open before planning around it. It is also the one of these four that Infosys ties to hiring: its page says the face-to-face qualifier round is a chance to "win an Infosys PPI opportunity," and that participants "stand a chance to avail pre-placement interview opportunities for the Specialist Programmer and other roles."
A Safety Note
Because this guide covers a login page, a few basic checks are worth stating plainly. Only use the addresses named above; do not trust a shortened link, a forwarded WhatsApp message, or a domain that merely looks similar. Infosys Springboard's own pages describe it as free, so anyone asking you to pay for registration, a certificate, or "priority" access is not describing the official programme. Never enter your password or OTP anywhere except the login page itself, and if in doubt, navigate to infosys.com directly and follow its own link rather than clicking a link sent to you. For anything that looks like a job offer attached to Springboard, Infosys's careers site carries its own "Recruitment fraud alert" link.
WHAT PAPERSADDA THINKS
Springboard is a genuinely useful, genuinely free resource, and the most practical advice about it is also the most boring: bookmark the exact India address above rather than searching for it each time, because the shorter onwingspan.com addresses lead nowhere. Where we would push back on how Springboard gets talked about online is the hiring angle: Infosys presents it as a CSR programme, not a side door into a job offer, so treat any "fast-track" promise attached to it with real skepticism until Infosys says so on its own site. If your real goal is an Infosys job rather than a certificate, the careers portal and HackWithInfy's published schedule matter far more to your plan than anything on Springboard, and InfyTQ, as of 28 September 2026, should not be part of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Infosys Springboard?
Infosys Springboard is Infosys's free digital learning platform, run as part of its corporate social responsibility work. Infosys describes it as a flagship platform, powered by Infosys Wingspan, that brings digital and life skills to students from class 6 to lifelong learners in India, alongside separate versions for the USA, Europe, and Australia and New Zealand. Infosys announced its launch on 2 September 2021.
Is Infosys Springboard free?
Yes. Infosys's own description says the India programme is delivered free through its CSR commitment, and the Springboard login page describes its digital and life skills content as free of cost.
What is the current working address for Infosys Springboard?
Infosys's own page about Springboard, infosys.com/about/springboard.html, links India learners to infyspringboard.onwingspan.com/en/login. Both loaded correctly when PapersAdda checked on 28 September 2026. The bare onwingspan.com address loads nothing, so always use the full India address, not the shortened domain.
Does Infosys Springboard help you get hired at Infosys?
Infosys's own Springboard pages describe it as a corporate social responsibility and digital literacy initiative and do not mention recruitment into Infosys. PapersAdda found no Infosys page that links Springboard to hiring, so treat any promise of a fast track to an Infosys job through Springboard as unconfirmed.
Is InfyTQ still working in 2026?
No, as of 28 September 2026. PapersAdda's check that day found infytq.onwingspan.com returning a 504 Gateway Time-out error and infytq.infosys.com missing from DNS, and Infosys's careers page no longer mentions InfyTQ. Do not plan around InfyTQ; use the Infosys careers portal instead.
Is HackWithInfy dead?
No. The old hackwithinfy.com address no longer exists, but Infosys runs the contest from its own careers site, infosys.com/careers/hackwithinfy.html. As checked on 28 September 2026, that page described HackWithInfy 2026 for engineering students graduating in 2027, with qualifiers in March and April 2026 and a Grand Finale in November 2026.
How is Infosys Springboard different from Infosys Lex?
Springboard is public: anyone, including school and college students, can register for free. Lex is internal: Infosys's own investor pages present it under the heading Re-skilling our People, as the platform for training its own employees, so it is not a public course site.
