Registration fees are tiered: NQT-Cognitive costs 599 rupees, discounted from 800; NQT-IT costs 999 rupees, discounted from 1,598; NQT-Non-Tech costs 599 rupees, discounted from 800; and the NQT-Cognitive-plus-Prep-Pack bundle costs 999 rupees, discounted from 1,447. The cognitive variant's pattern covers three sections: Verbal Ability, Reasoning Ability, and Numerical Ability.

What is reported, not verified: two independent aggregators, including testbook.com, cite an upcoming window with a test date of 14 September 2026 and a registration deadline of 2 September 2026 for that slot. GATE 2027: registration is open right now

Cognizant (GenC / GenC Next / GenC Elevate): the 2026-batch window is reported closed as of July 2026, and the next off-campus cycle, aimed at the 2027 batch specifically, is reported opening from August-September 2026 onward.
